Managing Through Knowledge of Personality – Yours and Theirs

FreeA common mistake supervisors make is assuming that their employees think just like they do. Personality clashes – not disagreements about issues – are the number one cause of workplace conflict. The ability to manage or prevent these clashes makes up 50% of the skills that all levels of management need to be successful.
This session will help the participant discover their own personality strengths and weaknesses and how to determine the personality strengths and weaknesses of those they manage.
