Please join State Health Environmentalist Mitzi Medley as she explains the difference in the requirements for a permitted food establishment (including mobile and temporary), a regulated domestic home kitchen, and an unregulated domestic home kitchen,  when and where these products may be sold. Some regulations come from the Dept. of Agriculture (workshop on the day before). Some regulations come from the County. Attend both sessions and get clear answers to all your questions!
