Hour of Code
December 8, 2014 @ 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST
FreeLearn to Code!!
Why learn to code? There will be 1,000,000 more computing jobs than computer science graduates by 2020. Why would we have “female only” Hour of Code timeslots…because while 57% of bachelor degrees are earned by women, only 12% of computer science degrees are.
Two Choices: Hour of Code & Beyond One Hour
Hour of Code tutorials include tutorials for beginners as well as those with more programming skills. Java Script tutorials as well as Python programming games are included.
