Real Estate Training: Pre-License & New Affiliates Course

Real Estate Training and Education Center is teaming up with Roane State Community College and the Cumberland Business Incubator to offer Pre-License & New Affiliates courses, which are both required, to become eligible to take the Tennessee State exam to obtain your real estate license. These courses will take place over three weeks.
Pre-License course: Monday – Thursday 4:30 – 10pm CT August 21-31
New Affiliates course: Monday – Thursday 4:30 – 10:00pm CT Sept. 11-14
WORC grant funding may be available to pay for these courses.
Classes will be held at the Roane State Community College Cumberland Campus in the academic building, located at 2567 Cook Rd Crossville, TN 38571.
