Real Estate Training and Education Center is teaming up with Roane State Community College and the Cumberland Business Incubator to offer Pre-License & New Affiliates courses, which are both required, to become eligible to take the Tennessee State exam to obtain your real estate license. These courses will take place over three weeks.
WORC grant funding may be available to pay for these courses.
This project is funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration in partnership with the Appalachian Regional Commission.
